Account Activity
Account activity is the homepage when you log into SpringServe, displaying a number of graphs and tables that will help you to visualize where you can optimize in the platform.
To navigate back to this page, go to Reporting > Account Activity or click SpringServe in the upper left hand corner of the browser.
Today’s Performance and Financials
The top tiles in account activity give you a performance overview for the day, updated up to the minute.
Performance for Today
Here you can see a graph providing impressions, requests, and request fill for the last 2 hours. The graph defaults to show by-minute intervals. In the top right can be toggled to show data by the hour. Hover over any part of the graph to get a snapshot of the metrics for the specific time highlighted.
Financials for Today
Here you can see a graph providing revenue, profit (net), and margin (net) for the day. The graph defaults to show by-minute intervals, but in the top right can be toggled to show data by the hour. Hover over any part of the graph to get a snapshot of the metrics for the specific time highlighted.
Performance for the Last 30 Days
This bar graph displays a by-day breakdown of the last 30 days' impressions, requests, and request fill. Hover over any part of the graph to get a snapshot of the metrics for the specific date highlighted.
Financials for the Last 30 Days
This bar graph displays a by-day breakdown of the last 30 days' revenue, profit (net), and margin (net). Hover over any part of the graph to get a snapshot of the metrics for the specific date highlighted.
Performance
This line graph shows your account's performance, comparing today's data with yesterday and seven days ago. The graph displays hourly intervals, and hovering over any part of the graph will give a snapshot of the metrics for the specific time highlighted. In the top left you can toggle between the following:
- Fill Rate
- Opportunity Rate
- Requests
- Opportunities
- Impressions
- Revenue
- Profit (Net)
- Margin (Net)
Note that since requests, opportunities, and impressions are sums for their time interval, the current hour will probably show a dip in performance. This is simply due to recording for an incomplete hour, and should cause no concern.
Top 10 Supply Partners for Today
Table
This section displays a table of the top 10 supply partners for the day, based on impressions. The table shows fill rate, requests, impressions, and revenue. Each metric also gives a percent change compared to the exact same time yesterday.
The last two rows of the table display the aggregate of the remaining partners, and the totals/averages throughout your account.
In the top right corner, you can change the data display to Graph or Pie
Graph
The line graph of top 10 supply partners is shown in hourly intervals for the day, graphed by impressions. The graph also shows the aggregate of the remaining partners in gray. Hover over any partner and you will see their impression count for the hour highlighted.
Pie
The pie chart of top 10 supply partners is broken down by percentage of impressions brought in for the day compared to the entire account. The remaining partners are aggregated and shown in gray.
Top 10 Demand Partners for Today
Table
This section displays a table of the top 10 demand partners for the day, based on impressions. The table shows fill rate, requests, impressions, and revenue. Each metric also gives a percent change compared to the exact same time yesterday.
The last two rows of the table display the aggregate of the remaining partners, and the totals/averages throughout your account.

Supply Tag Graphs
The supply tag graph requires you search for a specific tag to show you its performance data. Once a tag is chosen, a line graph populates with the tag's data broken down by minute providing intervals, providing impressions, requests, and request fill metrics for the day. In the top right, toggle to view the data by hour intervals, or to see the comparison of today's impressions performance to yesterday and seven days ago. Hover over any part of the graph to get a snapshot of the metrics for the specific time highlighted.
Demand Tag Graphs
The demand tag graph requires you search for a specific tag to show you its performance data. Once a tag is chosen, a line graph populates with the tag's data broken down by minute providing intervals, providing impressions, requests, and request fill metrics for the day. In the top right, toggle to view the data by hour intervals, or to see the comparison of today's impressions performance to yesterday and seven days ago. Hover over any part of the graph to get a snapshot of the metrics for the specific time highlighted.
