Reporting

All metrics are shown in downloaded reports. Metrics with a * are only seen in the full report in the UI. In the results area, toggle form Lite to Full to see the full report.

Dimension: Supply Tag

Total Calls*: All requests to supply tag - every time that SpringServe is pinged
Requests: usable requests which match the supply tag targeting criteria
Blocked*: unusable requests which do not match the supply tag targeting criteria
Opportunities: the number of times the supply tag VPAID unit is initialized
Impressions: the number of times an ad is served 
Opp%*: Percentage of Requests that result in an Opportunity. Calculated as Opportunities/Requests
Request Fill: Percentage of Requests that result in an Impression. Calculated as Impressions/Requests
Opp Fill: Percentage of Opportunities that result in an Impressions. Calculated as Impressions/Opportunities

RPM: Revenue per thousand
CPM: Cost per thousand
PPM: Profit per thousand
Opt Outs: number of times that there is no demand tag fill in the waterfall
Opt Out %: percentage of Requests that result in an Opt Out. Calculated as Opt Outs/Requests
Player Loads*: Number of times that a Player loads
Player Fill %*: Percentage of Requests which result in a Player Load. Calculated as Player Loads/Requests
Usable Request%*: Percentage of Total Calls which are usable. Calculated as Requests/Total Calls
Supply Timeouts*: number of times the player closes after VPAID has initialized
VPAID Window*: Average number of seconds that the VPAID window is open
Clicks*: number of times the view clicks on the ad
CTR*: Click through rate. Calculated as Clicks/Impressions
50% Completes*: number of times the ad is viewed to 50%
100% Completes*: number of times the ad is viewed to 100%

Dimension: Demand Tag

Ad Requests: Number of times a Demand Tag receives a request
Ads*: number of times a Demand Tag returns a non-empty Vast
Opportunities: number of times the Demand Tag VPAID is initialized
Impressions: number of times the Ad Request results in an Impression
Opp%*: Percentage of Ad Requests that result in an Opportunity. Calculated as Opportunities/Ad Requests
Ad%*: Percentage of Ad Requests that result in an Ad. Calculated as Ads/Ad Requests
Request Fill: Percentage of Ad Requests that result in Impressions. Calculated as Impressions/Ad Requests
Opp Fill*: percentage of ad requests that result in a demand tag opportunity. Caclculated as opportunities/Ad Requests

Opt Outs: number of times the demand tag errors - typically the demand tag does not have demand
Opt Out % : Percentage of Ad Requests which resulted in an Opt Out. Calculated as Opt Outs/Ad Requests
Timeouts*: number of times the demand tag is timed out by the VPAID
Response Time*: Average number of seconds that a Demand tag takes to respond with an ad
Clicks: number of times the ad is clicked on
CTR: Click through rate. Calculated as Clicks/Impressions
50% Completes: number of times the ad is viewed to 50%
100% Completes: number of times the ad is viewed to 100%
